Carnelian Agate Double Terminated Point Pendant
Carnelian Agate ranges in color from orange/red to rust and brown. It can be solid in color or on occasion it will be banded with white or other colors to produce very unique patterns. Expert gem cutters carefully select the rock and cut to produce the stones with the best color patterns. The stone can be found in several Canadian locations including near Lake Superior, British Columbia and others as well as several locations worldwide including Brazil and Africa. It is an attractive stone in both jewellery and home decorator pieces.
In single terminated crystals, the energy is directed from the base (bottom) and out the top (termination). Based on the growth pattern, double terminated crystals don’t have a base or bottom as such, and the energy may be directed both ways. Double terminated points send as well as receive energy, so they promote psychic ability and dream recall. They are also used for balance.
