Secure Your Package
Place the item in its original Rocks and Gems Canada packaging, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postal carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.
Receive Your Refund
Once our gemologists inspect the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
